 ·         Value Engineering – Over the years, Jesmac, Inc. has worked closely with industry architects, engineers and design/build professionals to identify “like kind” substitutions in the project design to meet or lower budget requirements.  Having staff personnel with extensive material product and engineering backgrounds allows us to provide viable value substitutions that are acceptable to the overall design intent.  

 ·         Responsiveness - Jesmac, Inc. has committed heavily to investing in dedicated personnel, state of the art information and accounting systems and the latest tools and equipment to quickly mobilize to our customer needs.  Our truck fleet can respond on minimal notice and our supplier arrangements include priority delivery status.  

 ·         Project Management – Our proactive management system is a dual approach process that includes (1) management planning and control and (2) operations and manpower coordination.  These activities are separately managed but continually integrated based on the project type and size.  This flexibility allows us to service our customers independently but with focused attention to their individual requirements.
